The Bone & Associates Team
"Hal completed his undergraduate studies at Cumberland University in 1998 before obtaining his Master's Degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University in 2001. Starting in residential construction and expanding into real estate sales, commercial construction and land development, Hal has always been focused on building an affordable, quality product and providing excellent customer service. His construction expertise can be seen in The Arcade which, along with a partner, is being developed into an anchor business on the Lebanon Square. Seeing a niche in the market in 2004, Hal expanded into self-storage and mobile storage. He continues today to expand this business along with his property management business. To support the aging population in Wilson County, Hal joined with his father and sister to build The Pavilion, one of the top long-term care facilities in this part of Middle Tennessee. They recently opened The Carthage Pavilion Assisted Living in Smith County and will soon be opening an assisted living facility in Wilson County. Hal is an Elder of First Presbyterian Church of Lebanon, a devoted husband and father of five children. "Benita came to us with over 25 years 2019 experience in both operations and finance. Beginning her career at local companies such as Performance Food Group and Cracker Barrel's home office, she eventually moved to loan operations at a finance company and then a local bank. In 2000, she accepted a position at Truckers Plus, a staffing agency specializing in driver staffing. While there, Benita was instrumental in achieving significant growth for the organization, increasing the company size from two to twenty-four branches, and over time was promoted to Vice President of Finance. After Truckers Plus sold, Benita worked as a controller for Nashville Steel and later Besway Systems handling all aspects of their banking, invoicing, accounting, payroll and credit. This background provided Benita with the skills and experience to manage the financial facets of Bone Associates 2019 multi-business operation. Benita has lived in Watertown since childhood. She graduated from Watertown High School and Volunteer State with honors. Married, with three children, she is an active member of Poplar Hill Baptist Church."
