  • Hal Bone

    Hal Bone President and Owner

    Hal completed his undergraduate studies at Cumberland University in 1998 before obtaining his Master's Degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University in 2001. Starting in residential construction and expanding into real estate sales, commercial construction and land development, Hal has always been focused on building an affordable, quality product and providing excellent customer service. His construction expertise can be seen in The Arcade which, along with a partner, is being developed into an anchor business on the Lebanon Square. Seeing a niche in the market in 2004, Hal expanded into self-storage and mobile storage. He continues today to expand this business along with his property management business. To support the aging population in Wilson County, Hal joined with his father and sister to build The Pavilion, one of the top long-term care facilities in this part of Middle Tennessee. They recently opened The Carthage Pavilion Assisted Living in Smith County and will soon be opening an assisted living facility in Wilson County. Hal is an Elder of First Presbyterian Church of Lebanon, a devoted husband and father of five children. Hal served on the Board of Directors of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America 2013 Tennessee Chapter and is a member of the Lebanon Breakfast Rotary Club.

  • Gordon Bone

    Gordon Bone Chairman of Board, Emeritus

    "A native of Lebanon, Tennessee, Gordon Bone is a graduate of Cumberland University and the University of Tennessee. He also graduated from the University of Virginia's Consumer Banking School. Mr. Bone served as a vice president of a large Tennessee bank for a number of years and also served as a director of First Bank & Trust in Mt. Juliet until its merger with a large regional bank in 1999. He joined Pinnacle Bank's board after serving on the board of Mid-America Bancshares since September 2006, and the subsidiary board at Bank of the South since 2001. Since 1984, Mr. Bone has served on the board of Middle Tennessee Electric Membership Corporation, where he served as chairman until 2015. He is also a vice-president of Community Progress Committee, Inc., a not-for-profit entity focusing on healthcare and education issues. Mr. Bone served on the board of the Lebanon Breakfast Rotary Club, and as a director of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America 2013 Tennessee Chapter.     Van Cluck President

    Van is the President and Chief Development Officer for L4 Lifestyles, LLC, a senior living management, development and consulting company headquartered here in Lebanon. With over 25 years of senior living industry expertise, Van has been privileged to study and work with many of the best industry leaders in the country to design and implement innovative strategies to help seniors age purposefully well. \r\n\r\nA native of Lafayette, TN, Van has called Lebanon home for over 20 years along with his wife, Janet, and their two children, Elizabeth (23) and Walker (17). He was recently appointed to the Governor\u2019s Council on Alzheimer\u2019s and Related Dementias and is also a member of the LeadingAge Tennessee Board of Directors, having recently completed a two-year term as Chair. A frequent speaker on topics surrounding aging, Van is also an adjunct faculty member for the College of Business at Lipscomb University, a member of the Board of Directors of Friendship Christian School, and an Elder of the College Hills Church of Christ in Lebanon. He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Downtown Nashville.\r\n"

    Whitney Dillehay Director of Accounting and Finance

    Whitney Dillehay brings over 10 years of experience in accounting and finance to Bone and Associates. Her career she has served in roles of staff accountant and senior accountant several accounting firms in Middle Tennessee. Dillehay handles all aspects of all Bone and Associates banking, invoicing, accounting, payroll and credit. Her work previous work experience and education give her the skills to manage all financial facets of Bone Associates, a multi-business operation.\\r\\n\\r\\nDillehay proudly holds both Bachelor and Master's degree in Accounting from Middle Tennessee State University. Whitney proudly calls Hartsville, Tennessee her home. She is married to her high school sweetheart and they have 2 boys that keep them active in Hartsville.

  • Heather Sadler Gallaher

    Heather Sadler Gallaher Chief Marketing Officer

    Heather Sadler Gallaher, our Chief Marketing Officer, is responsible for all aspects of L4:Lifestyles marketing, brand, communications, digital strategy and community relations. Sadler has more than 15 years experience of sales, marketing and communications experience in the publishing and senior living industries. She most recently served as Director of Marketing for The Pavilion Senior Living, where she oversaw 3 communities. She has served as licensed administrator at The Pavilion Senior Living at Lebanon during the building and opening phases. Under her leadership, the community opened and exceeded budget expectations. Her passion and excitement for seniors and community are evident in her day-to-day work and leadership. Sadler-Gallaher holds a bachelors degree in Communications and Public Relations from The University of Tennessee at Martin. She is currently enrolled in the MBA Program at Middle Tennessee State University.Her belief in being involved in her community where she is placed is very highly regarded. She has found since college being involved is not just a way I can give back, but also gain by building relationships. I want to direct all of our senior living communities to not just exist in their locations, but really become a valuable members and the cornerstone of their communities. Sadler-Gallaher proudly makes her home in Lebanon, Tennessee. With her husband and two daughters, where she is involved in her community, church and children's school.
